The Bulletin is always on the lookout for locals who like to share their farming, ranching, and homesteading experiences. Recently we came across Holly Gardner’s blog called Beavercreek Backyard Farm, her diary about hobby farming on 1.3 acres on “the shady side of a hill in Beavercreek.”

Their acreage includes a range of gardens, fruit and nut trees, a chicken yard for over a dozen hens and a rooster, sheep, pygmy goats, cats, and sheepdogs.
