Friends, the Beavercreek Bulletin in seeking a new volunteer editor and writers. Please read on if you’re interested!
The Bulletin has been in publication since 1998. Thanks to local advertisers, it’s provided free of charge to Hamlet residents to keep people informed of local events, news, and activities. It’s published by the Beavercreek Committee for Community Planning (BCCP), a 501c3 nonprofit.
It’s entirely run by volunteers. Previously it was lead by Sharon Charlson before she moved to the coast.
My family and I have been managing it since 2017 after Sharon left. We added a website to preserve all past issues, a newsletter so people would be reminded of new issues, created the Community Spotlight to help you get to know all the amazing locals and the Kids Korner to make the Bulletin accessible to people of all ages.
Unfortunately we are not able to continue for personal reasons. We love the Hamlet and hope to find a person or a group of people who thrive on keeping residents informed and want to see it get better and better!

My husband, sister, and all our kids are grateful to have served our community in this way. Thank you for all your kind comments over the years. We hope it’s been useful and look forward to reading the next issue.
XOXO,
Melissa Logan
